WIP, Machine Learning and Vector-Born Disease Tracking

 

In the framework of a long-term collaboration with IRD on blood-sucking insect population surveillance using machine learning on Wing Interference Pattern images, a first paper focusing on the tsetse fly has been recently published in Scientific Reports (Nature communications).
