Biography
Qiong Liu is an assistant professor within the Information, Communications and Imaging (ICI) group of ETIS (UMR8051 – a joint research laboratory between CY Cergy Paris University, ENSEA and CNRS). She was a postdoctoral researcher at Telecom Paris, the Institute Polytechnique, during 10/2022 to 7/2024. She defended her Ph.D in 2022 at IETR, CNRS 6164 group with INSA, Rennes under the supervision of Prof. Philippe Mary and Prof. Jean-Yves Baudais. She received her M.Sc. of telecommunication from Xidian University, China and her B.Sc. of Electronic Information Science and Technology from Shandong University, China. She was a recipient of the 2024 IEEE Network Softwarization Best Paper Runner-Up Award.
