Biography
David Serrault is a doctoral candidate and a designer. He graduated with a Master’s in Digital Design from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University in 2006 and carried out research on digital identity at École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (EnsadLab) between 2009 and 2011. As the Director of Digital Design at the BPCE Group, he is concurrently conducting a research on the impact of artificial intelligence on the customer experience of the retail banking services.
