Biography
My name is Marouan Marzoug. I am a PhD student at the ETIS Laboratory (ENSEA, CY Cergy Paris University, CNRS UMR 8051), under the supervision of PU. Fakhreddine Ghaffari and PU. Faouzi Bacha. My research focuses on the integration of bidirectional converters in electric vehicles within the Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) framework. This work includes modeling, control, and energy optimization of innovative bidirectional power converters for sustainable mobility.
Research activities
- Bidirectional power conversion
- Electric vehicles and smart grids (V2G / G2V)
- Control and energy optimization
- Modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink
- FPGA implementation and reconfigurable embedded systems
- Artificial intelligence applied to energy systems
- Internet of Things (IoT)
Ongoing projects
- Study and optimization of the ARVIN bidirectional converter for V2G applications
- Energy simulation under NEDC and WLTC driving profiles
