Biography
Auditor at the Brazilian Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) with extensive experience in audit oversight, corruption prevention, and the development of data-driven investigative tools. He leads teams in applying Data Science techniques to automate risk analysis and has served as an international consultant for the Government of Mozambique’s audit systems. An expert in data analysis and Natural Language Processing, he holds a Master’s degree in Big Data at CY Tech.
